Original Article – Tue 7th Jun, 2022 16:20 BST:

Nintendo has announced that pre-orders for the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Special Edition will open from tomorrow (June 8th) for residents in North America.

Pre-orders for the Special Edition will be available via the My Nintendo Store and will be limited to 2 units per account. For those in the UK, Nintendo has stated that pre-orders for the Special Edition will go live in late July. As previously reported, the extra goodies contained within the Special Edition will ship at a later date for those in Europe, though it doesn’t sound like this extends to the US.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will launch worldwide on July 29th. Nintendo recently revealed a brand new character for the game called Valdi, who will act as a medic in battles, using Arts to heal allies and boost their abilities.

We’ll be sure to update and provide relevant links in our full pre-order guide for the game as soon as pre-orders are live.

Are you opting for the Special Edition of Xenoblade Chronicles 3? What do you make of the European delay? Let us know in the comments!
