Team Ninja’s Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty will be released for PlayStation consoles, it has been announced.
The game was revealed during the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase on Sunday, when it was confirmed for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC, including Game Pass for console and PC on day one.
Publisher Koei Tecmo has now announced plans to release the fantasy action game for PS4 and PS5 too.
It’s billed as a joint creation from Team Ninja producers Fumihiko Yasuda (Nioh) and Masaaki Yamagiwa (Bloodborne).
“Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty follows the dramatic, action-packed story of a nameless militia soldier fighting for survival in a dark fantasy version of the Later Han Dynasty where demons plague the Three Kingdoms,” reads an official product announcement.
“Players fight off deadly creatures and enemy soldiers using swordplay based on the Chinese martial arts, attempting to overcome the odds by awakening the true power from within.”
Team Ninja’s most recent game was March 2022 release Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin.
On Sunday Microsoft released a list of 50 games that it says will be coming to Xbox and PC over the next 12 months, including 43 available via Game Pass on day one.
