English release for Anonymous;Code teased

As we’ve previously discussed, MAGES. plans to release Anonymous;Code in Japan on July 28th, 2022. Unfortunately, not a peep has been made about a localized version of the game…until today.

Fans have been flooding the Facebook page of MAGES. with requests for an English version of Anonymous;Code, and it certainly seems like one is in the works. MAGES. finally responded to these requests and comments with a hexadecimal number. Once deciphered, the message simply said “soon.”

Looks like we’ll just have to remain patient for a bit longer, but it’s nice to know a localization is coming!

Anonymous;Code, a visual-novel from Mages and Chiyomaru Studio, was originally announced all the way back in 2015. This game is part of the company’s Science Adventure series, which began with Chaos;Head NoAH in 2009, has spanned eight main visual novel entries.
